A licensee gives you the right to use our exclusive system in a specified area. This prevents us from adding another Paver Medic licensee in your area. Our territory allows you to quickly become the leader and own the space, leaving your competition in the dust trying to catch up and figure out what you’re doing. But it's too late for them!

A minimum of 250k is required for becoming a Paver Medic Licensee.

Paver Medic is great for landscape maintenance companies that want to launch a project division but are not sure how to. It is perfect for that because it is a specific niche you can get good at, excel at with low material costs, and then add on more new work if you desire. You may not want to once you find out how profitable paver and retaining wall restoration is and how much demand there is. It's much easier to start with hardscape restoration vs. complete new design builds.

Yes! Because most project contractors don’t have a true specialty. When you specialize, it feels like you’ll make less, but you make more. You already have the crews and are knowledgeable, so they become very quick, easy jobs, sometimes even in between other jobs that you are waiting on materials for or need a fill-it day. Ultimately, you can run multiple crews just doing full-time restoration work.

They’d rather pay a reputable company to restore and renew their space than do another major project. Although you will find some will want to add on, creating in more work for you! Many also need the joints redone as they can get dirty or washed out due to old technology, which is the products they used 15 years ago. A new fresh look is always desirable!
